There is no set way of using it, this is just a recommended guide. In brief:
Do some preliminary wanding on the crown chakra (top of head) and generally over the chakra or meridican points of the body, before wanding to problem areas. Then, point the wand towards the area you are experiencing pain in and rotate it in a clockwise motion from 3 to 18 times. For the Amwand to have the greatest effect, point it as close as possible to the area you are using it on. Do it twice a day, 5-10 minutes each time.
