Dear Ground Crew,

Has this past month or so been challenging for you? Are you feeling physical pain, having strong emotions, needing extra sleep or not being able to sleep at all? Do you want to crawl back into bed in the morning and stay there? Are people in your life getting ill, passing away and/or acting strangely? Is time moving fast for you?

Have you noticed that you are having dreams or old feelings about things that are unresolved or that you thought were resolved? Are you getting positive feedback from others about your impact on them?

These challenges could be from a number of things. For instance, the physical symptoms could result from your sensititvy to the Earth and the changes that she is going through. We are one with the Earth so we feel her energy. We are also going through what Archangel Gabriel (Benu channeled through Karen Cook www.benutoo.com) calls “mini life reviews.” Our Creator is gracing us with the ability to look at our lives while we are physically present. This could afford us the opportunity to rectify our deeds or to perhaps even see how loved we are and how we have helped others.

It is reported that around the planet “Mother Earth is ‘groaning’. People from many and different countries are reporting these strange and ‘weird’ creakings, groaning and bugling noises.” Is this from the tectonic plates shifting or from the poles shifting? What is the Earth telling us? We are all experiencing changes in our electromagnetic fields and so is the Earth. Mother Earth is speaking loudly and we need to pay attention.

On January 17 and 18th last week, I felt weird energies. It felt like the death of the third dimension. It also reminded me of the fall of Atlantis, or Lemuria. It did not feel good at all. The energies improved the next day. I wonder if any of you might have had a similar feeling on those days.

As ground crew we need to step up our work. That means we need to do our inner work such as meditation, prayer and journaling. Whether it is due to our own issues or something global it is our charge to lend our love and Light where it is needed. Some crucial areas are the Middle East, particularly Iran, Israel, and Syria. These are pivotal places where we can call for divine intervention. We have other focal points where work is needed like Japan, China, the Gulf of Mexico, the undersea volcanoes, and Haiti.

As we progress through the shifts and changes we still need to stay focused. We need to listen to our hearts because they will guide us about where to be at all times and what to do. By the end of 2012 we are bound to have cleared much of what is needed. We cannot take anything for granted. As I said in my December 27, 2011 update, much will be required of us. We will do it together. We stand united in our heart’s desires to see all of this go through for the highest good.

Sometimes due to the challenges we have faced in life it is easy to get discouraged and to lose faith. In my Mother Mary Channeling class last night Mary brought out the point that our Creator placed great faith in us when it was agreed that we could be here at this time. She asked us to think about how much Prime Source believes in us and our abilities to assist each other and the planet with this ascension process. Faith goes both ways. It is given. Life is a gift. Remember 80 years on the Earth is the equivalent of 8 minutes on the other side. We have made it this far. Even if your life has not gone the way you would have wanted it to you are still here. You have work to do and progress to make. It takes courage to move forward with faith. Even if you simply “Act as if” you will find that things will work out. Of course, this always happens in divine right timing and divine order. It is not necessarily the way we think it should be.

The below video (though a bit old – 2010) spoke volumes to me just at a time when I had been thinking the very same thing: Positive thinking? What a load of cr*p! (Pardon the French btw)

I’m in a straight talking mood tonight….

Seriously, I come across people daily, weekly who seem to think that being positive is an attitude to be exalted and admired, whilst being negative (aka realistic and honest) is somehow inferior and a sign of weakness. This is total baloney. In fact it is as one of the comments to this video states: ‘psychopathic authenticity‘. It is also as the video states, a form of social control, or control of others.

Yes thoughts do have enormous power but they need to be genuinely authentic and honest in order for real positivity (I rather call it balance, or grace) to arise. But psychopathic positivity is not positive (as the video says – it calls it a mistake). Needless to say, we live in a topsy turvy society (certainly in the west anyway) where such delusion is seen as genuine and true genuineness delusion.

This video is pretty 3D let’s say, but it touches upon deeper aspects. For example it talks about one’s authentic state as being simply vigilant, rather than positive. This is just so. Our state is one of awareness and noticing, but what is then added on top of this awareness is all the thoughts and beliefs we hold deep down, mostly sub-consciously (unless we’re up to facing the music about ourselves). And some of these beliefs will be, for many people, around always coming across as being in control, being happy, being nice, being positive. Yup – ego.

Urgh, I’m going off that positive word as I write….:)

Remember the recent post I put up about the nurse and the regrets terminally ill folk had? Well, one of the regrets was that they wished they had been more genuine, less nice, less playing it safe. That’s just it. Being nice and positive really just leaves us feeling fake, dissatisfied and unconnected. I don’t mean don’t be nice….lol, of course not. I simply mean – to put it straight – don’t compromise your truth, yourself, for the sake of keeping peace, because the peace that you think you have, well it’s not peace. It’s just a papering over cracks. Denial.

(Reminds me of that film The Invention Of Lying, where noone can lie, till Ricky Gervais comes along of course.)

A lot of new age folk have this thing about being positive too – you know, as if, if you focus on the lack and on how horrid the world is (which it is in terms of the society that has been created) then you’re somehow not being spiritual. I do not concur with this view. If lack exists then why deny it. If suffering exists then why deny it. And so on. There is a critical difference between being negative and seeing things as they are.

In truth being psychopathically positive (let’s call it) is simply more dualism.

I’ll end with a quote I just found of Osho’s that says it crystal clear:

“The technique of positive thinking is not a technique that transforms you. It is simply repressing the negative aspects of your personality. It is a method of choice. It cannot help awareness; it goes against awareness. Awareness is always choiceless.

I am absolutely against positive thinking. You will be surprised that if you don’t choose, if you remain in a choiceless awareness, your life will start expressing something which is beyond both positive and negative, which is higher than both. So you are not going to be a loser. It is not going to be negative, it is not going to be positive, it is going to be existential.”

Acclaimed journalist, author and political activist Barbara Ehrenreich explores the darker side of positive thinking.

The below article rang some bells for me on a day when I did some deep pondering – as if I haven’t done enough already lol – about people’s (including myself) inauthenticites and denials.

Then, in a timely fashion, a friend phoned up and as we were speaking she sent me this article by a palliative nurse and it was a profound read. I especially noticed these lines:

I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings. Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming.

I wish that I had let myself be happier. This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice.

Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again.

The thing with the above ways of being (hidden fears, self-suppression, keeping the ‘peace’, denial of feelings) is that it does not only affect yourself but those around you (obviously) – ie the impact is wider than one may realize. The impact on a relationship is thus: boring, set ways of being, little spontaneous communication and rather a lot of rehearsed behaviour, a lack of love, a lack of heartfelt laughter, many dissatisfactions that are taken as normal and negative emotions that are denied – but nonetheless felt by others consciously or unconsciously.

But even so, inauthenticity (ego) does not want to acknowledge these impacts because keeping the ‘status quo’ (ie “everything is fine and dandy” which it in fact rarely is in their actual experience) is more important (to the ego). God forbid, someone actually sees that I’m human (and not a demi-God lol), fallable and that I don’t actually know everything!!

Such is the ego’s desperation from moment to moment.

But funnily enough, that’s when your confidence in your own knowing arises, which is truly ironic as that’s what the ego was after all along! But this time the confidence is real, and not pretend. It really is funny!

It’s truly an exhausting way of being – and the point is it’s exhausting for others also. The point also is not whether one is perfect (this will never happen – well, not as a human being in any case) but whether one is truly aware that one is not so. Not just aware intellectually/mentally but at a deeper, emotional level where ego and authenticity do battle. If one is aware of this, then ego has to bow to humility and the result is more presence in the moment. And that is where you find satisfaction, ie here, now, and precisely as you are.

So the message for this blog post is: take the learnings of these folk on their death beds seriously and realize these things before you get to yours….

Your feelings deserve to be respected (not denied) because they are part of you. Why would you deny yourself? Give up being freaked out by showing emotion (or emotion in others) for that’s the ticket to true relationship and satisfaction – and healing of self moreover. It really doesn’t matter what others think of you (like you can stop them! ). Choose you.

Nurse reveals the top 5 regrets people make on their deathbed

For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives. People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality.

I learnt never to underestimate someone’s capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.

When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the most common five:

1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

This was the most common regret of all. When people realize that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.

It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.

2. I wish I didn’t work so hard.

This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children’s youth and their partner’s companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.

By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.

3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.

Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.

We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.

It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end.

That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again. When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.

Life is a choice. It is YOUR life. Choose consciously, choose wisely, choose honestly. Choose happiness.

HEAVEN #4053 If God Could Weep, December 30, 2011

God said:

In terms of the relative world, there are varieties of people, and there are varieties of languages, and, yet, they are all One. You are all One.

Languages grew from the land they arose in, and, yet, all languages are also One, one common denominator, from one common sound.

Languages are not bedlam. Languages grew from the Earth. Certain flowers grow in Alaska, and other flowers grow in Florida, and this is as it is meant to be.

Languages also grew according to the climate, and as people grow according to the climate – by climate I mean all aspects — the land, the air, the foliage, the mountains, the deserts, the streams – the personality of the land, so to speak – and the language of the land are perfect, just as the people of the land are perfect, just as the land itself is perfect.

At the beginning of the inception of language, regardless of the special characteristics of the land, all languages started with a sound from My throat, the same sound from My throat, so all languages grew from Me just as everything grows from Me. The lands grew, countries grew, people grew, language grew. They sprouted.

Only love came full-grown, full-blown, at its height, for on every scale of My Voice, from every cadence from My throat, love from Heaven poured forth upon the Earth. Dimensionless, love permeated every dimension. Do not for one moment think that love does not thrive even when you cannot see it. Life would not exist at all without the existence of love. Nothing would exist without love. There is no existence without love.

No country, no people, no nothing would exist without love. Love may be battened down, and, yet, even battened down, love exists. Torn apart, blasted, love cannot be vanquished, life cannot be vanquished. And all languages are languages of love.

How many sounds are there, and how many languages can there be? Infinite. And languages made themselves. No one invented them. They arose from the land and the people of the land, and they arose from My heart.
No one is to scoff at any language or any people, for all are Mine.

If I could weep, and I cannot for I have no tears and no need for them, I would weep when My children do not love one another, respect one another. I would weep at this with individuals, and I would weep with this with nationalities and so on. There is nothing on the planet that is not to be loved and cherished and regarded with great respect.

Which flower is not lovely? Which apple from My garden is not lovely? And which flower or fruit is not Mine, given to you to enjoy? And which animal is not My treasure that I have bestowed upon you? And which human being is not the heart of My soul and given to you to be honored as I do honor each one of My children who are indeed made in the image of Myself and strewn upon the world to be loved as I do love them and as I do love you. Even when you set yourself apart, I love you.

Of course, I do. I am made of love, and I made you of the selfsame love. And when you do not love all, had I the capability of weeping, I would weep tears, not for the one unloved, but for you who did not give My love when I gave it to you to give.

What you give, you give to Me. What you do not give, you do not give to Me. There is no least of Me to give to. There is simply Me to give to. There is no less than I to give to. And so I ask you to love now, and now love all.

Hope you had a Happy Christmas! Or Happy Hannukah! Or a happy last few days!

I had a fun Christmas day, spent together with my Mum and my boys. It was real nice to spend some time together and chelax as my oldest likes to say. That’s the best part – spending time with those you want to spend time with – otherwise Christmas is pretty much one big commercial/religious machine I’d say…Though it does give an inkling of how nice people can be towards one another (Christmas cheer and all that) – there is hope!! Anyway, at the end of the day, this is how I feel – if Santa can’t answer my letter, then why should I bother? He’s obviously not real, right?

I would like to thank all of you who visit this blog and share a laugh or two with me. Those who take the time to comment here, who email me with such beautiful sentiments and who share your journey – a journey which we have travelled together in 2011. (And what a journey!) Thank you to all for all the love and support you have shown. And also to my clients, thank you too.

2011…indeed what a whirlwind it has been. I think it was about 4-5 months ago when the truth information went into a higher gear I felt, though not quite top gear…That is yet to come. At that time I realized there was NO way I could keep up with it all! So I post what I can when I can and it fits in with my routine pretty well. Thesedays what with smart phones and easy internet access, there are multiple methods to post.

Of course with all the mind-blowing and shocking revelations coming out, sifting the wheat from the chaff is not an easy feat, given the complexity of the web that has been spun – and with all of us caught well and truly within it! But trying to figure it out is part of the fun.

With much and such far-out information being revealed, it is no wonder that the majority of people still remain in denial. For a start, this information is still largely at a fringe level. Though it is growing – thankfully. Occupy, Zeitgeist, Venus Project, Benjamin Fulford (assuming he’s not what one or two on this blog think he is), Jesse Ventura, Alex Jones, and loads of others I have shamelessly forgotten (add your own to the list if you wish in comments) and other movements….these all speak of one common thought: the people want the truth and nothing but the truth. And so help us God!

I reckon 2012 will be one of wider unravelling, going beyond the fringe. Then at the crux point in December – who really knows what will happen? But end of the world? Nah…

The microcosm and the macrocosm are contained within each other. Holographic. It’s bit of a brain teaser admittedly, if you look at it at an intellectual level alone. However, here’s an example. What the planet is going through – ie all this unravelling – is simply what occurs also at an individual level. At an individual level, the process of healing occurs not without some pain. And it is no different at a collective level.

Therefore there will occur pain before the planet and its beings move into a new dimension. In any case, you don’t have to look far into the external world to know that things aren’t exactly headed towards a beautiful orchard full of sweet smelling freesias now are they…In fact the pain’s already occurring, and it takes place everyday. Thus, we must now learn what it means to choose a different experience, and as such this process involves looking at how and why we did not get this earlier. The door to the Light, is through the shadow hallway.

Anyway, I ramble on.

On a global level, we await more public arrests and trials of war criminals from the highest levels of society. Bring it on. I am sure more on the satanic abuse will also surface. And so much more, it’s impossible to mention everything.

You notice I didn’t add David Wilcock to the list above. It was not initially deliberate. But I do find that DW’s writings are long with a lot of links and I simply don’t have time to digest it all. It also soon becomes not so much about the information, but about his own journey with the information. At that point he loses me. Edgar Cayce reincarnated? Yeah ok, but so what? I feel people want information, facts, evidence right now, that’s what’s missing. The personal does not matter so much, interesting though it may be for some. Ooops….am I being harsh? Though for sure, DW is doing a lot of unravelling work which is vital.

Anyway,…….in advance…(blogging may be intermittent over this holiday season to re-charge and do more chelaxing…)…
