What’s in a name? An uncannily accurate portrait of my characteristics and inner goings on. I’ve gained deeper understanding of particular aspects of who I am which I feel has created a clearing. One of the things that became clear for me is that I’ve been selective about which emotions I’ve been allowing myself to fully experience and have suppressed others which I have not liked myself for feeling.
