People who seek out a coach are frequently not sure what they want out of life and a coach can help to identify and put in place the steps needed to realize dreams. Life Coaching is about going beyond blockages and limitations to create the life you wish. This can be a highly exhilarating experience as obstacles disappear and goals are achieved. But Life Coaching is not just for people who don’t know what they want, it’s also for those who are clear about their goals, or who want to do what they already do even better.

Although I am qualified as a Spiritual Life Coach, this simply means I acknowledge the deeper side of life, it does not mean that I preach any kind of philosophy etc.

My approach to helping clients through Life Coaching is commitment to their success and helping them to manifest their highest potential. My aim is to be a privileged partner in the client’s personal transformation whilst helping them achieve the goals they want.

Sessions are done via the telephone, but if convenient the first can be take place in person (SE26 or SE23, London, UK). Each session is one-hour long. Typically clients will choose 2, 3 or 4 sessions each month.

Following the coaching sessions, I offer follow-up support via phone or via email.
